After 39 years as owner of Foothills Framing, a custom picture framing shop in Lenoir, NC, I have decided to retire. My business was a Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce member since 1985, and I wanted to continue my connections with the work and programs of the local chamber. Therefore, I have joined as an individual member.
