Expect More 20/20 Vision Anticipating the Future
You are cordially invited to a virtual celebration of the role of people with disabilities and their employers in building a stronger Caldwell County workforce and economy. Join the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce in commemorating the life changing progress that has been made in helping area businesses and organizations utilize differently abled candidates to meet their employment needs. This event, part of the National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), is being held virtually this year to allow event more people to attend and patriciate.
Our 20/20 Vision:
Hiring qualified candidates with disabilities is not some noble, philanthropic endeavor- it is good old fashion business smarts. Today we ask you to join us in a time of rising expectations and anticipation as we help even more businesses and organizations discover how to EXPECT MORE as they successfully recruit the qualified candidates they desperately need to stay strong and competitive in a global economy.
As we commemorate National Disability Employment Awareness Month we ask you to raise the bar even higher and to expect even more of the candidates who may have some form of disability, but in no way consider themselves unable. Thank you for recognizing the value, advantages, and profit of hiring individuals with diverse skills and abilities.
